Shipping policy

FERRUVIO STRATA racks are made in Poland. We deliver throughout Poland and Germany.

Production time

Standard production takes approximately four weeks. Before an order is placed, we confirm the specific lead time for the selected model, finish and quantity. For custom dimensions, the lead time is agreed together with the specification. Transit time is additional and is provided before the contract is concluded; the dispatch date is not the delivery date.

Delivery charges

Poland: PLN 690 including VAT per order; free delivery for orders of PLN 20,000 or more including VAT.

Germany: EUR 390 including VAT per order; free delivery for orders of EUR 5,000 or more including VAT.

The free-delivery threshold applies to the total value of products after discounts. The charge applies once per order, not per rack. The final cost is shown at checkout before payment.

Standard models can be ordered and paid for online. For custom dimensions or unusual access conditions, contact biuro@fritech.pl before ordering. We do not take orders by telephone.

Transport and unloading

Racks are delivered as welded structures, secured for transport. They may be transported upright or lying down, depending on how the shipment is prepared. The Square model weighs approximately 250 kg without packaging; the final shipping weight also includes protective packaging and any castors.

For delivery by an external carrier, we arrange a vehicle with a tail lift suitable for the shipment’s dimensions and weight. “Pallet delivery” does not in itself include carrying the rack onto the property or positioning it in the garden. We provide unloading when delivering with our own transport. Positioning, installation and additional work must be agreed separately before ordering.

Safe access and a level, firm surface suitable for handling equipment are required for unloading. Please tell us about stairs, gravel, soft ground, narrow entrances or traffic restrictions when arranging delivery so that we can select suitable transport. Details and timing are agreed before fulfilment.

Receiving the shipment

Check the packaging and product on arrival. If there is visible damage, we recommend taking photographs and completing a damage report with the carrier, then contacting us. Not having a damage report does not remove a consumer’s statutory right to complain. We remain responsible for accidental loss or damage during transport arranged by us until the product is handed over to the consumer.
